Senior Manager(Investment Analysis),CaSenior Investment Managerpital Markets,ShanghaiThis position needs to recruit 2 experienced investment managers: one in real estate projects and one in financial projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Determine and identify new Fintech and other related industy's investment opportunities
2. Capable of managing all investment activities from deal screening, deal structuring, due diligence, documentation, closing and post-closing investment monitoring to exit.
3. Initiate, develop and maintain a strong network of productive relationships with clients, co-investors, strategic partners, senior business executives and mid-market investment banks
4.Business travel for due diligence work

Requirements:
1. Possess a minimum of 3 years solid private equity or corporate finance experience, with strong knowledge in global investments;
2. Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, law or other business related disciplines
3. Proven track record of deal origination and execution experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various professional parties
4.Good knowledge of global investment and M&A dynamics; cross-border investment transaction experience is an advantage
5. Expertise in structuring and financial valuation/ pricing of investment proposals
6. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
7. Well organized, detail orientated and analytical team player, with the ability to lead
